FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does a commission work?

Send your idea on Telegram or through the custom form. We discuss design, material, width, finish, engraving and budget. After you approve the quote, we make the ring and share progress at important stages.

Can I use a past work as inspiration?

Yes. Past works are shown as references. Tell us which piece you like and what should change, such as width, size, material, finish or engraving. Every new ring is made once for its owner and is not an exact copy.

Can you make matching rings for a couple?

Yes. Matching rings are treated as one custom commission with two sizes and any requested differences. Let us know if the pair should be identical, mirrored, or engraved with separate names.

How do I find my ring size?

The most accurate way is to use a ring sizer. Without one, wrap a piece of string or paper around the base of your finger, measure the length, and compare it to a ring size chart. We also confirm sizes before cutting metal.

Which metals do you use?

Our regular materials are 925 sterling silver and brass. Silver is comfortable for daily wear. Brass develops a natural patina over time. Other metals can be discussed for custom work.

Does sterling silver tarnish?

Yes. Silver naturally oxidizes when it touches air, sweat and cosmetics. A soft cloth will usually bring the shine back. Avoid hot springs and chlorine cleaners.

Can the ring be engraved?

Yes. Bands, signet rings and some textured rings can take letters, numbers or short text. Please confirm the wording and style before production.

How long does a custom ring take?

Most custom rings take about 2-4 weeks after the design and size are confirmed. The exact timeline depends on complexity and current studio orders.

How do I pay?

After the design and quote are confirmed, we send a PayPal invoice. A 50% deposit starts production and the balance is paid before shipping. Because the ring is custom made, once the commission begins there are no refunds.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping is paid by the buyer and calculated by destination. Taxes and delivery time also depend on the destination. We confirm the shipping method before sending your ring.

Can I cancel a custom order?

Custom rings are made for you. Once the commission and transaction begin, payment is non-refundable. If you cancel before metal is cut and production has not started, we may refund the deposit.

What about repairs and aftercare?

Send your order information and photos of the ring through Telegram or email. We can advise on cleaning, repair or remaking.
